• This model comes with (2) 50 lb. frypots that provide plenty of room to fry up your culinary creations, and since it comes with (2) twin fry baskets for each pot (for a total of 4), you can quickly cook portions of your customers' favorite fried foods and separate by product type for better allergen and taste control. Each 50 lb. frypot is made of durable stainless steel to resist corrosion and make cleaning easier, and designed with a large cold zone and forward sloping bottom to help to collect and remove sediment, while a rear flush feature moves sediment toward the front 1 1/4" IPS full port drain for thorough removal. The fryer cabinet features an enamel coating, with a stainless steel door design to provide extra protection where it's needed most.
